Raw Cashew Cauliflower Spread
I'm not a fan of cauliflower in the raw, but I can't stop eating this.
And it's ready in minutes!
Now that's my kind of snack.
Pair with raw crudites, like carrot sticks or bell peppers, to get the best raw nutrition, but also yummy with rice crackers!
*Note: If you don't have a high-speed blender, then chopping the cauliflower and steaming it a bit before will help blend this more easily. Ingredients
2 cups raw cauliflower 2 cups raw cashews 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tbs nutritional yeast (optional)
Blend everything together in a high-speed blender or food processer. Smaller or slower models will require you chop the cauliflower into smaller pieces. Enjoy and let me know what you think!!
