3 cups old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1/2 cup walnuts 3/4 cup shredded coconut 1/3 cup sesame seeds 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup melted butter 2 tablespoons warm water 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
In mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut, and sesame seeds. In separate bowl, combine syrup, butter, water, and salt. Mix and pour over dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Spread onto prepared baking sheet. Bake in oven at 300 degrees from 20-30 minutes, moving around after every seven minutes or so, until golden and crispy. Mix in cranberries. Allow to cool and serve or store in mason jar for up to a week.
