I couldn’t make the raw chocolate blog any longer, but I had to share news about Republic. We hit this place for lunch after the chocolate-making event. Service- amazing. Food- wow.
Loved this place, and can’t wait to go back!

As much as possible, the menu is designed around what produce is in season. There are many vegetarian and vegan options, and the meat that is served is that from animals who were grass-fed and humanely raised.

I was introduced to this place by my friend, Laurie and her amazing friends.

This was the soup I started with. Oh.My. Soooo good.

And then it was onto the flatbread with mushrooms. Wow.

Joyce had the salad with feta.

Don had the vegetable tagine.

If we’d wanted dessert, this was one option…

This guy bought one for his girlfriend. Sweet.
