Four years ago, Kristi stood in front of the room at the local YMCA and I sat entranced in the audience. The story of her journey through breast cancer and what she came to learn afterward was just being unfolded in her newest publication, Little Changes. Diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer at age thirty-six and with three young children at home, Kristi started on a quest to eliminate harmful chemicals from her home.
This week I had the chance to meet up with Kristi Marsh again. A breast cancer survivor, Kristi is a mom to three and author of Little Changes. I love to hear Kristi tell her story and offer her tips because we are on the same page when it comes to making lifestyle changes. We understand how information can be conflicting and how all of it together can overwhelm. When it gets to that point, our natural reaction is to shut down and tune it all out.
