Last week I facilitated another Ladies Night with a Twist. I can’t believe how much fun these are! Every group of women is so different and there is a new dynamic and energy with each one.

It wasn’t just the night that was hot and steamy in Wrentham last week; naturally, it was the ladies, too.

It was a steamy night in Newton, but that didn’t stop 25 amazing women of the Massachusetts Council of Activity Professionals from coming out to learn more about living healthier lifestyles.

What I love about every ladies night I moderate is that I come away learning something, too. It’s also motivating for me to see how excited the women get about wanting to share what they’ve learned and eager to know more.
